Hot Property 🏡
Living in The Park is the height of luxury in the city – and this six-bedroom Victorian home is the embodiment of just that. Step inside and you’ll find an inviting living room with ornate detailing, a long kitchen with a traditional oven, and even its own wine cellar. Head upstairs to see the bedrooms, all with gorgeous wooden flooring. We also love the big bathroom, with floral wallpaper, cool stone tiling, and a claw-foot tub and walk-in shower. The outside space is just as spacious, with a sprawling lawn wrapped around the house. It’s marketed by FHP Living, which is looking for offers over £1.495m. rightmove.co.uk

Scores on the Doors 🏆
🌳 Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest brought the curtain down on a mixed Premier League season with a 1-1 draw at home to Bournemouth. Morgan Gibbs-White, who missed out on Thomas Tuchel’s England World Cup Squad, scored Forest’s goal. Midfielder Elliot Anderson was, however, called up and could become the first Forest player to represent England at a World Cup since Stuart Pearce and Des Walker in 1990.
🐦 Notts County
Notts County have been promoted to League One after a convincing 3-0 win over Salford at Wembley. Martin Paterson’s side looked comfortable despite the 33-degree heat, with Alassana Jatta, Lucas Ness and player of the match Jodi Jones all on the scoresheet. It will be Notts’s first time back in League One for 11 years.
🏏 Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club
After seeing out a draw with Hampshire, Notts Outlaws and The Blaze got their Vitality Blast seasons underway. In the opening two fixtures, the Outlaws were beaten by Yorkshire and Lancashire, while The Blaze won both games against the same sides, with Tammy Beaumont scoring a fine 52 in the win over Lancashire.
